~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(1) Have Fun!
(2) Sportsmanship- Race people the way you want to be
raced. Remember, you cant win on the first lap. Being courteous to other
drivers will pay off! We will not tolerate excessive blocking, unless
it's for position with 10 laps or less to go in the race. If you feel
your being blocked, email an admin with the complaint, that is the best
way for us to monitor blocking.
(3) Starts and restarts- No passing on starts or restarts
until the backstretch, unless 10 laps or less to go.(Plate tracks are
excluded from this rule) We will not restart a race for any reason after
one lap has been completed by all cars in attendance so don't ask.
(4) Cautions- There will be no racing back to the line,
unless there are 10 laps or less to go. Please claim your caution by saying
"Mine" or "Involved". That helps the admins greatly
when reviewing the cautions. When driving under caution, stay .2 behind
the car in front of you, and stagger on the track ie. odd positions low,even
positions high.
(5) Lucky Dog- We will be using the lucky dog here. The
first car 1 lap down is the lucky dog, you will be notified if you are
the lucky dog. If you are the lucky dog, you are to pit with 1 to go.
We recommend you get a speeding violation in the pits with 1 to go, you
will get the end of longest line penalty. That seems to work the best,
so the lucky dog is lined up at the end of the longest line for the restart.
You will get your lap back after the green flag drops.
(6) Incidents that bring out a caution- Self spins- 1st
self spin, no penalty. 2nd self spin, -10 points from your total points
that race. 3rd self spin,You have to park it and retire from the race,
you can watch the rest of the race if you choose.
(7) Incidents that bring out a caution- Causing an accident-
If you are the cause of an accident by making contact with another car
(cars) or cause someone to make contact where they get damage, claim the
caution as yours by typing: Mine, if you are not the cause of the accident,
but are involved in the accident,than type: involved. You will not be
deducted any points for the first accident, but on the 2nd you will lose
20 points from your total points from that race. The 3rd time you will
be asked to park it for the remainder of the race, and receive no points
for that race. If you receive 80 penalty points in a season, you will
be asked to sit out a race. If you receive 100 points you will receive
a 2 race suspension. 1 self spin and 1 causing an accident will be a loss
of 20 points. We do realize that there are accidents in racing. If we
feel its a racing deal, then no one will be penalized.
(8) There is absolutely no typed chat during a race except to
indicate you are entering or exiting pits. If you are caught
typing you will get a warning. If you get caught twice, you will not be
allowed to qualify in the next race. The third time you will be forced
to sitout the next race. You are allowed to talk on Teamspeak
at anytime during a race. Please no long sentences when pitting
ie. "<----------The __ car is pitting this lap, watch out".
It is distracting to other drivers. "Entering pits" or "Exiting
pits" will do just fine.
(9) No driver substitutions allowed!
(10) No flaming or cussing allowed at all! Flaming is described as ANY
negative chat towards another driver (wtf,??? etc.) If we see this you
will immediately be ejected from the race and forced to take a provisional
the next race. If it happens frequently you will be asked to leave the
league. If you have a problem with another driver email us and we will
review it.
(11) NO INTENTIONAL WRECKING! This will not be tolerated
at ALL, You WILL be asked to leave the league for this. We are a gentlemans
league, please act like it.
(12) Provisional Points: There is no limit to the number
of provisional's per season. If you need provisional points for a race
you will be missing please post on the forum. You will receive 50 points
or 20 points less than the last place driver whichever is less.
(13) If you have any questions as to the right thing
to do, please refer to rule #1
